What the role involves:

As an experienced Senior Marketing Campaign Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of end to end, full funnel marketing campaigns that demystify Web3 and showcase the engineering behind our products, services and Venture Studio solutions to enterprises, governments, developers, financial institutions, VCs and investors. Drawing on deep expertise in blockchain and decentralized technologies, they shape strategic, measurable marketing experiences, oversee campaign workflows from briefs and production through digital social activations, demand generation and events and coordinate cross functional teams and agency partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and delivery of high quality results.

The position also holds accountability for agency and vendor management, integration across marketing functions, and quality assurance throughout campaign lifecycles. This includes acting as the main liaison between the Marketing and Communications shared services team and product marketing leads across business units and our Venture Studio teams.

  • Work with the Product teams and Venture Studio to create and own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for new products and features. You will set clear objectives and goals, research and define target audiences, develop marketing and communication strategies, and measure adoption. You will also conduct customer research and apply your insights to these and other initiatives.
  • Drive the evolution of brand positioning, bringing it to life in a clear and consistent way that resonates with and motivates our target audiences. You will work with the IOG Brand team to promote the company as an innovator and Venture Studio to the press and public and oversee outbound customer-facing communications across our website, blog, and social channels.
  • Represent the voice of the customer within the organization, bringing your insights to cross-functional stakeholders across product, design, user experience, technology, and financial / investor markets.
  • Support the Venture Studio Group to deepen relationships with key partners. You will nurture existing relationships with key partners, aligning on mutual goals and driving adoption through a variety of co-marketing efforts.
  • Ensure the project team delivers world-class campaigns, overseeing the delivery of: creative, strategy, and go-to-market plans that are integrated with the overall business strategy and brand positioning across all channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders: Product Marketing, Ecosystem & Community, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
  • Lead all conversations with our internal teams and agency partners including status meetings, presentations and reviews. 
  • Guide business units  product marketing strategy and Venture Studio teams to develop strategic briefs and ensure that proper direction is provided and maintained throughout the campaign development process.
  • Partner with BU product marketing and Venture Studio teams to align on objectives, program requirements, and KPIs, to deliver breakthrough ideas and activations.
  • Work closely with project management and the marketing shared services leadership team to ensure deliverables are developed on strategy, on time, and within budget.
  • Drive integration best practices. Identify and implement operational and process efficiencies that lead to continuous improvement and efficiency.
  • Manage approvals, feedback, and input from multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage all production aspects with the project management team to uphold brand identity, ensuring all creative projects maintain consistency with established guidelines while bringing fresh and innovative ideas to strengthen visual storytelling.
