Job Description for Business Assistant at Daos-hub - All
As the Business Assistant to the CEO, your core mission is to optimize the CEO’s time, energy, and focus. You will step in as a strategic extension of the leadership office—taking ownership of routine, operational, and technical execution so the CEO can concentrate fully on high-level strategy and global growth. You are a proactive coordinator, gatekeeper, and trusted shadow who anticipates needs, streamlines communications, and drives execution across all initiatives with poise, discretion, and absolute efficiency.
How You'll Contribute
-
Calendar & Schedule Ownership: Master and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, calls, travel logistics, and daily routine to ensure maximum focus on high-priority goals.
-
Managing Up & Accountability: Proactively track deliverables, remind leadership of commitments, highlight operational risks, and keep key focus areas on track—even in fast-changing environments.
-
Cross-Functional Communication: Act as the primary bridge between the CEO, internal teams, partners, and external vendors; manage information flow with clarity and discretion.
-
Task & Project Follow-Through: Monitor execution across teams, drive post-meeting follow-ups, synthesize key takeaways, and ensure all agreements are brought to completion.
-
Information & Material Preparation: Gather data, structure insights, build presentations, and digitize internal documentation to streamline decision-making.
-
Networking & Ecosystem Building: Handle initial outreach with potential partners, organize introductions, and maintain long-term professional relationships within the Web3 ecosystem.
-
Financial & Legal Coordination: Supervise budget tracking, review weekly reporting, monitor project cash flows, draft basic contracts from templates, and coordinate legal reviews with external advisors.
-
Operational Troubleshooting: Make independent operational decisions within defined authority, de-escalate conflicts, and resolve complex administrative bottlenecks autonomously.
What You Bring
-
Proven Experience: 2–3+ years of experience as an Executive / Business Assistant to C-level executives.
-
Language Skills: Advanced or Fluent English (written and spoken) with exceptional business communication skills.
-
High Tolerance for Ambiguity: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and solve complex problems without step-by-step instructions.
-
Strategic & Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of cause-and-effect relationships, process optimization, and structural organization.
-
Long-Term Commitment: Seeking a stable, long-term opportunity to deeply integrate into the company's ecosystem and growth trajectory.
