Job Description for Growth Lead at Decentraland - Worldwide
The ideal candidate should feel comfortable and excited about:
- Designing, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns that drive new user acquisition and retention.
- Building and testing landing pages and funnels to maximize conversion from click to in-world activity.
- Running A/B tests across creative, messaging, CTAs, and user flows to continually improve performance.
- Bringing partnership ideas for growth to the table and testing them as acquisition levers.
- Developing and managing affiliate, referral, and ambassador programs that extend reach.
- Maintaining a pipeline of growth experiments, documenting learnings, and turning successes into repeatable playbooks.
- Managing and optimizing budgets for ROI, reallocating resources based on performance data.
- Reporting insights and learnings directly to the Head of Marketing, showing clear impact on in-world user growth.
The Requirements
- Proven experience in performance marketing and growth, owning campaigns end-to-end (ads, landing pages, funnels, reporting).
- Growth experience in gaming, web3, immersive platforms, or digital communities.
- Strong background in A/B testing and funnel optimization.
- Experience with affiliate, referral, or ambassador programs.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in conversion tracking, attribution, and ROI measurement.
- Ability to combine high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
