Lead and scale GiveDirectly’s global talent acquisition function for its remote, Africa-centered workforce. The Director will manage an East Africa–based recruiting team and build the sourcing, operational, and workforce-planning capabilities needed to support growth. Candidates should have 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in leadership, with meaningful recruiting experience across Sub-Saharan Africa and other global markets. The role requires at least three hours of daily overlap with East Africa Time and travel about 3–4 times per year.
